From April 7 to April 8, 2022, Huang Lixin, Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, visited the provincial major project to research the newly built Ningbo-Zhoushan Railway. Chairman Huang inspected the site of the first project of the Xihoumen Highway-Railway Bridge on the spot, and inquired about the project situation carefully. The positive progress made in the preparatory work for the construction of the project was affirmed, and it was hoped that the preliminary work of the project will be done well, the construction of the project will be promoted as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to create high-quality projects, safety projects, and clean projects.
Chairman Huang led a team to research the submarine cable project in FSS. She learned about the construction and production as well as the reform and innovation in detail, and praised the achievements in promoting high-quality development based on unique advantages. She encouraged the continued use of major projects as the lead to promote the in-depth integration of the industrial chain, innovation chain, element chain and talent chain, and implementation of safety and environmental protection requirements, to build a modern marine industry system and marine transportation hub.
